She care’s about her client’s!!!!!!!!Follow up visit.Emma programs my hearing aids to the: 1. regular sounds, 2. television sounds and 3. noise background sounds. I had been wearing my hearing aids for 18 years now. She first one to program them for my ears!!!! Emma has taught me how to push the hearing aids all the way in the canal!!! Also how click the back of the right hearing aid for difference sounds controls!!!!!. 1 beep sound is for regular sounds, 2 beeps sound is for television sounds and 3 beeps is for noise background sounds.
