I had a horrible experience with this store, tried to get back into mtg after years of not playing. The store clerk was incredibly rude and kicked me out of the store after 10 minutes, because he didn’t want us looking around. Then after Bought something that was defective and contacted them about it they never got back to me so I came in person and got yelled and and the rudest customer service Ive ever experienced. Don’t waste your money here the cards are super expensive, packs are more expensive than other local shops.

Very upset I couldn’t come in the store to look around. Had to ring the door bell and was asked for some young kid if I knew what I wanted. I said I wasn’t really sure. I was then told, “We aren’t allowing browsing right now.” What kind of store will not let you go in to look at products? Am I supposed to know your entire inventory? The stores website has zero information as to what they actually sell besides, “We sell cards”. There was only one other person in the store talking with the owner. Why was I not allowed to come in? If that’s how it has to be, then update your website to have a list of what you have in stock, and then maybe things will work better. If not, close.
