Order in and was ready in 20mins for pick-up and great view to beach just down the street. Pastrami pizza was the best.

Outstanding sandwiches. They are large and they don’t skimp! They also have pastas. It is a liquor store/mini mart as well. Be prepared for a wait at busy times.
