Shopped today at your Sugarhouse, Utah store.Low selection of spray can paints. Had to substitute products for home project.Long, 10 minute wait at check out line.When inquiring why there wasn’t adequate cashier service was told not the store manager’s fault, that corporate won’t allow and schedule the customer service hours to solve problem.Why isn’t the Manager providing the necessary staff support, and most importantly stellar customer service?Cashier also told me there was other staff, but they are too busy doing other things than to assist customers upfront.Really? What’s more important than your customers? Giving a one star for apathetic attitude and poor service overall.

Employees that answered the phone to take my complete complaint were very helpful and they listen very well, were understanding and very reassuring that the problem would be taken care of and I would hear back within a couple of days.
