Do not shop at this store! Poor customer service! I recently called this Michael’s store looking for an item. The clerk who answered the called went to see if she could find it for me. She happily reported back that she had found what I was looking for. When I asked if she could hold it til the next morning she said they could not. I then asked if I could pay for it over the phone she said no. Then I asked if they could set it aside til I asked a friend to go pick it up for me she said no again. She offered to ask her manager. The manager Lauris got on the phone and told me no to all my requests. I explained I lived over an hour away and she said they could not hold this $6 item til the next day. Lauris was very rude and not helpful. The store advertises Curb side pickup yet this was not even presented as an option.I do not recommend this store if you are in need of assistance or seeking good customer service!

This place is a gold mine. If you’re as creative with using different art supplies as you are making art with them, you can always find a good deal. Personally, I like to multipurpose things and I found a pack of puffy paints on clearance for $2 each. I now use the empty needle bottles for my home made paints and pigments.

I ordered curbside pick up so my mother in law can pick it up (high risk for covid) and they had me waiting 20 minutes on hold saying my order doesn’t exist. I gave them my order number and everything for them to give the phone (20 MINUTES LATER) to a manager that rudely told me that it’s not ready. I ordered ONE item! Then finally they call me back saying “I’ll bring the item out to her” with an attitude like I’m bothering them. Seriously? I’ve been inside of michaels and I am constantly seeing employees just standing around doing nothing and they couldn’t help my high risk mother in law for ONE item. Unbelievable.Ps. I wouldn’t have mind the wait if they weren’t being rude.
