My go to craft store! I love that they have everything I need. Nice range of colors, brushes, sketchbooks and everything! They have great deals on some products and the seasonal decor is also good. Overall I love Michaels and the staff is super warm and friendly!

I work as a cashier for Michael’s in Milpitas, however, I visited the Sunnyvale branch when I learned a friend’s grandfather passed away. I immediately went shopping for a guest sign in book and photo frame for the funeral. I was in regular clothes, so the people who were assisting had no idea i worked at an alternate branch. The staff was super nice and helpful in assisting to find items needed.
