After our horrible experience today, one star is being courteous. Robyn who works in framing is a terrible employee. Robyn, was not only rude and unwelcoming, but also assumed we could not afford the order we were attempting to place. She continuously kept referring back to the price while failing to allow us to explain what we needed/wanted. When we went to speak with a manager to file a complaint, Robyn followed us from the back of the store and proceeded to shout over us and interfered with our ability to speak with Amanda, who announced herself as a manager. Amanda stood quietly and at no point did she ask Robyn to move or to allow us to speak with her. Robyn continuously interrupted us and grew increasingly condescending and rude, even going as far as mocking my mother, who announced we were looking to frame a photo of her deceased son. Robyn seemed unconcerned and the least bit worried when we asked for the number to corporate. Appalling service.

Ya gotta love a craft store when it has all the crafting supplies you need to start or finish all those things that your making. They even have classes just ask.
