The groomsmen paid half of what their rental was and following the pandemic the wedding was canceled. They were notified a month and a half before the wedding and promised to get refunds return but has yet to do so. Each time I call, the owner was sick, then she was on bed rest, then she fell and broke her arm, and now they are just not answering. The voicemail is even full therefore you can’t leave a message. It’s really sad to say you are a professional business but not in the business of treating your customers right. Im going to consult with my lawyer. I wouldn’t ever refer someone of such poor professionalism and poor communication skills. These people won’t call back even after leaving many messages. It has been over 8 months that I have been calling them and yes they hour are conflicting.

voicemail and website state that they are open until 5pm. The business’ answering machine tells people that call that they are open until 5pm. I show up at 4:10 to give this local business my money, but they were closed.A tiny sign in the window tells you they close at 4. Closing at 5 is ridiculous enough being that most people work until 5pm. Also, The ’emergency number has a full voicemail consistently. These people make it very difficult to give them your money. I’m going to Madison or Huntsville from now on.
