Shanan was awesome!!! Very informative and answered all questions and concerns I may have had. My husband and I have been in the works and talking about purchasing a new bed for 5+ months and Shanan was never pushy working to find the perfect mattress for us. We had a great experience at Metro Mattress. We went in to get our daughter a new mattress and we not only got great service. Jon from the Lockport store was working in the Hamburg store, was showing. us an adjustable bed. My husband and I had been talking about getting one for a while now. Both Jon and Dylan were so nice. I was glad that they had the Memorial Day sale going on, plus my husband’s military discount, we got a great deal
