I went in ready to buy some new clothes to wear to Church tomorrow. When I walked in no one even acknowledged that I was there. Hey they were very busy, I get it. So I walked through and picked out a nice sport coat, shirt, and tie. It would have been about a $350 sale. Again, no one offered to help or even acted as though they knew I was there. So I take everything to the register to check out and I waited about 15 minutes. I know it was that long because I was checking the phone the whole time. At the 15 minute mark someone did finally say, someone will be right with you. I waited another few minutes and left. Merchandise still on the counter. A very disappointing experience. Great customer service, which is to say I was the customer and I provided all of the service.
