Well I have visited the Melrose store in Garland and I’m so disappointed in the way the girls that work there they don’t even greet you nor acknowledge you and if you ask for help they look at you as if you don’t know what your looking for Whoaaaa no customer service!! Plus they gossip about stuff that I could even hear them thinking that I didn’t understand English really!!!! Buy all means I love to shop at Melrose but those girls just made me wish that I was at the Melrose on Coit/Springvalley ……

RUDE RUDE & RUDEI walked in didn’t get greeted, asked for help the 2 young girls were very dry. I found what I needed on my own. Checked out and told them to have a great day and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

They have nice items in the store but be careful they false advertise. Had an item tagged 11.99 it rang up 14.99 and when I asked for it for 11.99 they refused, poor customer service
