I called this location to get a quote on a catalytic converter replacement after mine was stolen from my vehicle in my garage. I spoke with Alex on the phone and right away I knew I was calling the right shop. Alex was professional, personal and understanding of my needs, providing me a quote and making me feel at ease.I brought the car into the shop the next morning and was welcomed like a lifetime customer. Anne was also very kind and helped me get setup and walked me through what I needed and the options available. I received a detailed report with descriptions and photos of the issue I brought in and other areas for concern. Alex called me and walked me through each item and we discussed the risks and the costs; ultimately I got everything fixed because I trust Alex and I trust this location to do what’s needed and for the right price.I got my car back just a few hours later which exceeded my expectations. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any service, not just auto repair. They also fixed it with great service and for a great price. Alex is the best car repairman I’ve ever been to. Very personable and a great guy. He fixed my car and saved me roughly $2,000.
