I just picked up my new BMW 228i Gran Coupe from McKenna BMW. The service was amazing!!!!Stanley, my sales advisor and Steve the Sales Manager went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted with the options I was looking for. Stanley personally picked up my car from another dealership and had it ready for me the next day. He was very professional and honest with me from the start and was very pleasant to work with. When I arrived, he had everything ready….car was detailed and gassed up ready to go. Finance was a breeze…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Jose my BMW genius was truly a genius! By far the best experience I have had at a BMW dealership.I have been to two other BMW dealerships in Irvine, this is hands down the best. Would advice all Irvine buyers to try McKenna out.My sales person (James Warren) had lot of patience and was very kind. This was my first car and being an immigrant jumping through hoops is not easy, they were very understanding and guided me every step of the way.5/5 recommend buying your Bimmer from McKenna.
