I drive for Uber Eats. Today, May 27, 2021 around 11:45am I arrived to pickup my order, no one greets me or asks to help. Everyone is speaking Spanish (including the manager) with their backs turned. I finally identify myself as an Uber Eats delivery driver & ask for the order, the clerk waves me off & tells me she’s working on it. The entire time the crew is chatting away in Spanish. I finally check the bags myself & see that the order I was waiting for is complete, NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME. There seems to be a trend in the fast food industry of treating delivery drivers with less respect than customers when in fact we represent the customer and we can report negative interactions. Horrible crew, totally unprofessional.

Received small coffees instead of large ones. That’s not a big deal tbh, but female employees at pickup window were extremely rude and denied any requests or suggestions to fix the wrong order. The rudeness and aggressiveness of employees was beyond comprehensible.

Last week was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the great dishes and booze and with the friendly price. We will definitely visit there in a short time.
