Worst Customer Service and company I have ever dealt with. My son is in college in Alabama so I had him go over to Mavis Discount Tire to get 4 new tires rather than driving all the way home 4 hours and have it done where we usually get tires. We are exactly 3 months after Mavis Discount Tire replaced all 4 of my sons tires. The front 2 tires at completely bald (pictures attached)….I drove his car to see if it was pulling to one direction or another or to see if it had any shaking while it was driven. It pulled to the left just a little and other than that it was not that bad at all…My wifes car pulls to the left more than my sons did lol….I called Mavis Discount Tire in Tuscaloosa and talked to the manager (Dreek) and he was OK at first, telling me he was working on it and seeing what he could do to help my son. We talked a few times and then said he was going to have his boss contact me….Well, that NEVER happened. I called and texted him back with NO call or reply back…They just ignored me like NOTHING happened at all. I would stay away from this company for sure. They care NOTHING about customers other than their $$$. If you have a College Student at The University of Alabama I would not send my kids there. I ended up having to get two new tires (again) for my sons car. Thanks Mavis….YES…THOSE IMAGES OF THE NEW TIRES ARE ONLY 3 MONTH OLD

Monica was absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for better service. As an out of state college student with unexpected issues to my car, it was beyond helpful to have someone who communicates well and is patient when things get stressful. As far as the rest of the staff, they were very friendly and had nice smiling faces every time I came in. I hope to not have to come back anytime soon (praying for no more blown tires), but if I do I am relieved to be able to have great services again.
