I typically go to Mavis for inspections and oil changes and I love the customer service from Charlie at the front desk! He’s always so kind and welcoming. There’s not a lot of waiting space to sit, but there’s a dunkin donuts and a diner next door so there’s plenty of places to grab something/relax while you wait.

Charlie is the greatest. Always helpful and accommodating. He has great patience with rude customers. There was a rude customer in here and Charlie handled it with patience and remained calm. Mike the regional manager is very nice as well. 5 stars to this location.
