As someone who has used Mavis for brakes and new Mavis brand tires, I left there feeling absolutely humiliated. Called in the morning to let them know I had a flat tire since I have warranty and was given an attitude from the manager on the phone, which I disregarded since I had called 10 minutes after they opened so it’s understandable. But I came in and feel as though I gave the manager nothing but respect but he still quite obviously treated me with disdain.I’m pretty shy when it comes to talking to people so it made me feel like I did something wrong, which is an unfortunate feeling after having a flat tire. Don’t get me wrong, they had me in and out in less than an hour considering I didn’t have an appointment , but they made me feel terrible after.
