Amazing service!!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to have the best sleep of our lives.We started off as hesitant because of how high the prices were but they are way lower what we thought.They were quick and let us knew as soon as our mattress was ready and scheduled our delivery for the day after.They delivered and helped made sure everything was how we wanted and thanked us.I have not had any better service than what we have received I highly recommended and suggest you try them first they will help you in any way possibleThank y’all for everything and you have a customer for life!!

Customer Service is so like it should be! I was pleased from the moment I entered the Ft Payne Mattress Planet. Travis was very helpful and attentive. I told him what I was looking for and he LISTENED! He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and helped me narrow down what I needed, with out pressure. I made the selection, added a rails, headboard and ALL was delivered THE SAME DAY! My order was delivered, set up and old mattress removed. AMAZING! I have no hesitancy to recommend this local owned store.

My mom purchased a new bed from Travis and everything he said about the bed was exactly right. My mom has had the best night’s sleep since getting her new bed. She finally sleeps all night and a deep sleep too and she wakes up feeling refreshed. She has even mentioned that her back doesn’t hurt as bad when she first wakes up because she used to wake up still tired and her back would be stiff. Travis was very friendly and was really concerned about my moms issues with her sleep. I definitely recommend Travis at Mattress planet in Fort Payne for all your sleep needs. She also purchased a new pillow with a lavender spray you can spray on your pillow to relax you even more. So thank you Travis for caring about my mom and for being so friendly and providing excellent customer service. The guys that came out to deliver and set it all up for mama was extremely friendly as well.
