My girlfriend and I ordered a mattress on 3/28 and there has been no trace of it. The sales reps (Roxie, Jeff and Jay) have been very helpful trying to find it but at the fault of the warehouse and higher management, they have been unable to. We’re very disappointed. The lack of communication from the warehouse and higher management is unacceptable.
