It was a great experience. Juan Fleetes in the service department was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. Juan gave us a time time to get back to us with a diagnostic and called within the time frame. He was honest about the diagnosis and returned our vehicle in a timely fashion. Will definitely go back.

I arrived and there was a sign saying to stay in your vehicle. I did not have a conversation or even a hello with anyone for literally 30 minutes. There was about 4 cars in front of me but most of my time was spent after those cars were empty and cars were behind me.I paid online and when I went to check out, they had a much higher total for me to pay. I told them that I had ordered online and that something went wrong with my first order so instead of a week or two to get it like when I called to confirm, it was 5-6 weeks. I think the order was missed somehow as when I called a couple weeks in, then suddenly it was a week or so to get it in. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to fix my paperwork and then at that time, I signed and they called someone to bring the keys for a truck that was literally outside the payment room door. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring the keys. The cover was on OK, but there was debri from the install in the bed and on the top of the cover. aluminum shavings on a black cover so it was very visible. There was some curled aluminum on the ends of the rails that they either trimmed or came that way that should have been knocked off.My time is valuable and it didn’t seem like much is done to keep that in mind when processing things. I know I didn’t buy this 2021 80K truck from your dealership because you had no long beds in stock, but you are my closest dealer and it’s disappointing that I didn’t receive a higher level of service with the customers time in mind.I truly hope my next experience will be better.

Very disappointed customer. Recently bought an used RV. Having difficulties in getting smog cert., I called Mark Chevy RV repair center. I explained, one smog check station said it is most likely Fuel tank pressure sensor and that they don’t work on fuel tanks. The service dept. quoted me $500 to replace fuel pressure sensor. I dropped it off the next day. After a short interview about the condition of the RV, I left the RV and left. Around 4 -5 days later, the service dept. called and said the total cost is $3,300.00. I said, if it’s the safety of myself and the passengers, GO AHEAD, with the understanding smog check has to pass. Without it, the RV can not operate. Went to pick up the RV and she hand me a name and number to a smog check station and to go there and ask for this particular person for smog passing grade. In short, drove away without any progress. Back to square one. This was just a decoy to me off of their back/responsibilities. They got the money — – GOOD LUCK DUDE. I’ve wrote to them, left messages. To date no response. My frustration is IF A CHEVY DEALER/RV REPAIR can’t solve this problem, WHO CAN? Bad customer service. Go online and see if there is a way to email customer complaint – There aren’t any. This way my only way to vent my anger and frustration.
