Don’t make a deposit unless you are sure. I made a $300 deposit, but I had another dress already so I did not need the dress after all. I asked if I could use the money to give it as credit for my bridesmaids. The store would of received twice the amount I deposited or more. However, I only received $100 of credit. Great customer service apart from it all.

They definitely need more staff it was frustrating trying to find the perfect dress when there’s only one person doing everything. I disliked the dress I chose since nothing I wanted fit. I called them & a lady said she would call back & never did. Finally they called back after i called again & said that the owner cant do exchanges or returns. So think twice about going here i highly recommend Flans Bridal.-I believe that for your employees’ safety they should wear a mask & require all customers to do the same or maybe offer hand sanitizer like the rest of the stores downtown. I was looking for a dress that fit all my needs and was to busy to even bother looking at the signs. Although, I believe I am not the only human being that changes their mind, if not returns & exchanges wouldn’t exist. I am sorry to tell you that your policy didn’t protect me as I lost $80 but I am glad that as a new store, you’re doing business.Thank you for your best wishes and help. God bless you too.
