After 12 years with the same mattress, we decided it was time to upgrade. We had purchased from a different Mancini’s before so we were happy to go to this store. Jesse was super polite and courteous the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure we checked out all mattress types. We never felt rushed in anyway and we had a great experience shopping with Jesse. I will definitely send him family and friends when they are ready for a new bed. He followed up after our mattress had been delivered to ensure we got what we ordered and to make sure we had no problems. Excellent customer service!
