I went here because I was having issue with my foot. Sign in to be seen only to be told they wasn’t taking anymore patient for the day. They operate from 8am-8pm. It’s a urgent care why at 5:30pm you can’t see anymore patient. I know that’s something the girl at the front desk came up with or maybe the nurse practitioner told her to turn customer around very fishy. So now I have to go to the emergency room.

I was very impressed. The staff was professional and courteous. I came in for a COVID test but they didn’t just do the test and dismiss me. They asked questions about my symptoms, tested for other possibilities as well and took time to educate me regarding my results. They must be exhausted and overwhelmed but they were kind and took the time to make sure all of my needs were met. I had to wait awhile but that is unavoidable with such a heavy load.
