How do you speak to anyone on the phone??? My visit was fine. I get the wait. I work in a specialists office so I get it. I just can’t get ANYONE on the phone! The prompt says to push 5 to talk to a staff member, so I push 5. Then it takes me back to the main menu. Please fix this. PLEASE!

Awesome: friendly, efficient service. QR code on door so folks can register outside in car. Receptionist & 2 folks in waiting room wearing masks, with both mouth and nose covered. NOT awesome: person who took my kid’s temp wearing face shield only, no mask, in small closed room, no ventilation, and used ORAL thermometer. So kid had to lower mask. Not safe for anyone. I should’ve said something and didn’t.

Got there 40min before closing, sat there for 20min before they called me and told me they were not seeing any more patients today. What a joke!
