This five star review pertains to John, our customer service representative. I needed suits for not one teenage boy, but two. One tall boy, and one short, so they were not standard sizes that I needed. I knew nothing about suits. I went up to John, who was not working in that department (they were quite busy), to ask for help. He happily guided us in selecting the right suit for each one. He knew their sizes before asking, how the suit should fit, and explained what tailoring would need to be done. Thank you, John, for the amazing service today at Macy’s. You were great!

Alwaya a good shopping experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. And there is a lot to shop for. Plenty of sales and discounted items and lots of inventory. Store is very neat and tidy and things are easy to find. Plenty of parking available. The store is generally empty so there is a lot of room to move around. Will return for sure!

We came in for a suit for a wedding and we were a little overwhelmed and needed help we literally almost bumped into a lady who heard us say we wish there was someone to help. She said can I help you. We thought she was shopper and told her so. She said I am a personal shopper and would love to help you. She proceeded to gather some things and my daughters fiance tried on the suit she suggested and it was perfect. Lydia was her name and she was amazing!! I wish all shopping experiences were like that. She is a rare gem! Thank you Lydia. We will be back!
