Went to this store because I needed to get a shoe that was very strongly recommended by my podiatrist. It was very busy, and I really appreciated the fact that they let me look without asking 20 times if I need help. All of the sales people were busy and people were waiting. I asked the young man at the counter for help, and even though he was occupied with another waiting customer, he made sure someone that was almost done to help. The young man that helped me took the time to find out what shoes were recommended and why I needed a specific type. He measured my foot, something that hasn’t been done in years (I’m almost 60), brought the 3 shoes I was considering to try on. I have issues with shoes slipping at the ankle due to narrow feet so he showed me a way to tie my shoes that tightens the ankle and the shoes fit wonderfully. He made sure I had everything I needed and walked with me to the register, even told them that I got a discount because….. They made me feel like a valued customer!

Absolutely the best store for fitness shoes. Was getting neuropathy in my right foot from wearing a snug size 10.5 Nike (fit like a glove). After two cortisone shots, a friend suggested this store. The professional sales lady was SO patient. Went with the Saucony size 12!! On my second pair now. No more shots or surgery. Never buying my athletic shoes anywhere else!
