BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The manager of this store is fantastic. I wish I could remember her name (starts with an M). I can NEVER find jeans that fit. I am curvy and short. The manager helped me find jeans right away. She knew which styles would fit. I couldn’t believe it. The jeans fit perfect… high waste, comfortable fabric and perfect length. It was a wonderful surprise. I wish all stores had such wonderful employees. She also helped my boyfriend to perform a complicated price adjustment. Her outgoing personality and determination to help him was refreshing. We will be back soon and are now dedicated Lucky Brand customers for life because of this wonderful experience.
