Curbside pickup was a hassle. We called, they asked for our spot number. They said they were helping another customer, but would be right out. We waited 15-20 minutes and called back they told us we were supposed to drive up next to the grills. So we did, then we had to wait another 10 minutes for two employees to show up, only to be told they needed another employee. So both of the first two employees went off to find help. Finally, 40 minutes after we arrived we had our new dryer loaded. Not very convenient, and no one apologized for the wait.

Usually the experience at Lowe’s we have is amazing but lately it’s been all down hill at this location. I’ve return items at Lowe’s in the past before with a good friendly experience but last time we were up there a young woman had such a snappy attitude. We had ask for a manager and the young man who was a supervisor just acting like such a “lame duck” while the young woman laugh about it. We’ve tried calling this place to speak to Matt who is general manager of the store but the customer service desk always avoid getting us to him with excuses. What’s more mind boggling is today I called to speak to a “manager” Melissa and ironically she was working right next to young woman on the day it happened and she just gives me a generic excuse saying “oh I’ll deal with it” but didn’t ask for my information on a follow up or anything like most places would. Definitely getting in contact with their corporate office. My thing is if you hate dealing with people and have an attitude you shouldn’t be working a customer service oriented job.
