Never have I been to a store that had so many employees on the floor that were so unhelpful to me. I went to this store looking for what I thought would be a relatively common item (brackets for mounting a windowbox planter on a railing). Upon walking in, I tried to talk to an employee to find out where this item would be, and despite seeing multiple employees nearby the entrance, they all seemed to be actively walking away from me, uninterested in helping. When I finally cornered some employees (who still seemed like they didn’t want to be interacting with me), I was pointed to the same wrong aisle on the complete wrong end of the store several times. It was only when I went to the garden section that a (reluctant) employee pointed me to the correct section.Even in the appropriate section, though, options were scarce. Despite having dozens of planter boxes in stock, the only appropriate mounting brackets I could find had obviously been returned (one was disorganized in its packaging and was missing parts, and the other was literally in a gallon plastic bag) and were not labeled at all.So in the end, I did get what I was looking for, but the store and its employees felt hostile to me at every turn. I don’t normally complain about employee service because I recognize that people don’t have to treat me like their master, but when several employees avoid to me and give me incorrect information and the product is shoddy and disorganized, I feel like I deserve to complain. I will likely not return to this store if I can help it

This has been our one stop place for all our home renovation projects and backyard furnitures. We remodeled our home and during the period visited this store more than 50-60 times to look at different materials and compare its price with other store. They carry quality stuff. Their gardening equipment and plants are very good too.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Lowe’s more than the other home supply competitor. We have credit at both. But, no more cashier only self pay. If that’s for you, great! So, the line was down the aisle 14 deep. My wife is handicapped and stand in line to self pay? We went to customer service/returns. Two cashiers and no waiting. And, they were great.
