On Early Sunday, morning Memorial Day weekend, the personnel in the paint and faucet departments couldn’t have been more professional, courteous and knowledgable. They both treated me as I was special. In talking to Elizabeth, the cashier about a military discount, she was also extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to shop there. Your store has a great team environment. Keep up the good work!

I write this out of sheer frustration. I purchased a Frigidaire compact refrigerator – this was my second time buying this Item. I first purchased it on Amazon and it lasted three months. I needed another one so I went to Lowe’s. They had new ones in the box and I bought this $200 Plus dollar unit. When I got home and opened the box what a surprise. First of all it smelt horrible.. then it had butter bits and hair in the bottom.. obviously it was used.. but why did Lowe’s put back the used one? So when Lowe’s says 30 days you can bring it back.. that really means, “someone else has already used your new item.. this is Fraud! When you buy an advertised item that says new.. it’s supposed to be new! Now I’ve waisted my time and my day.. it’s not easy driving, then opening then driving then opening.. just to be disappointed..Finally, I tried call the store and of course I could not get a answer. Try it… call the Lowe’s in Midtown right now.. I guarantee you that you will not get a person on the phone. The workers there simply don’t care! And they do disrespectful things like cheat people. I hope management is fired for the way they’ve operated.

The worst customer service ever. I called 6x and not one person was able to answer the phone. It rings for minutes and they just hang up on you. I see they need alot of help with that. For such a big company, you would figure they would have enough support team to answer the phones. What’s the point of having phones if they are not there to answer them. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Wasted my time.
