Great location. This was my first visit to this location. Great layout. Really great, customer oriented/ friendly workers. I met this Guy in the paint department. He was just outstanding with his concerns, suggestions and recommendations. He went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect color for my living room. He even helped me in other departments. It’s like I had my own shopper.Sorry I didn’t get his name. But he works Saturday afternoons and he is an older gentleman. Kudos to him. I would definitely recommend this store.

I actually went to Starbucks Drive-Thru. Ordered a coffee Frappuccino; got a Cappuccino instead. Server told me they couldn’t take it back, but to park & wait till my Frapp was ready. A few minutes later, a Venti Cappuccino was brought out to my car. Twofer wasn’t a bad deal—delicious Frapp yesterday & an iced cappuccino today!! The extra-bacon with egg breakfast sandwich was super-hot & very tasty. Not a one napkin in the bag. Asked for some twice; got none. Bacon drippings were all over my hands : ( five stars for quality; took two off for the order mix up & poor listening skills.

This location rarely has items in stock and the checkout process is always a nightmare. I’m confounded as to why there’s always an issue/line at checkout. Home Depot over in Cortlandt is a superior operation — and it ain’t even close.
