I was first told by my orthopedic surgeon to get my shoes from Love to Run years ago. However, I found myself looking at other places for whatever reason where I’d have to literally chase down an employee to offer me any type of assistance and then upon asking questions about my shoe purchase I realized they knew very little if anything about the shoes I was purchasing.I recently shopped in Love to Run and was taken back by the excellent customer service I received as well as the incredible knowledge the employees had about all of the shoes. I was extremely impressed!!! I felt very comfortable and at great ease to ask questions that concerned me. This store has a goal to fit you with the very best shoe to give your foot ( and therefore your entire body) with the shoe that will not only be comfortable for you but make you feel as though you have truly made an investment in your health and well being (unlike all the other athletic/shoe stores I had been to previously).I cannot say enough good things about this store and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pair of shoes that will truly help them achieve their goals (walking, running even standing!). I will never go back to any other athletic shoe store and I deeply regret wasting my time with so many other places when I should have came to Love to Run a long time ago!!! At first my experience wasn’t so great because the first 2 pair of shoes I tried hurt my feet and had to keep exchanging them. Thanks to John for stepping in and taking the time to really look at every detail of my foot and step and put me in the correct shoe. They no longer hurt my feet and I can feel a difference in how I walk now. Thanks John!!!

Can’t say that I was 100% pleased with my visit considering the fact the store is overstocked with shoes and hard to get around in. There’s not much room to do business but we managed to get it done. We’re very happy with our shoes but I wish the store was a little more open. You’ll understand what I’m saying if you go there, it’s just stacked to the brim with boxes. Friendly staff and good service but man, very crowded and cluttered with boxes.
