Unfortunately I cannot speak to my experience at Look At Me Ultrasound because the sonogram tech cancelled my appointment at the very last minute. Initially, I was very thankful that Look At Me was able to schedule me for a same-day sonogram. I was scheduled for a 4pm appointment and 20 minutes before the appointment I received a call that the sonogram tech could not come in due to not having care for her children at home. Under normal circumstances I would be very understanding about this, however, she was not apologetic, nor did she try to accommodate me in the days following. I live 45 min to 1 hour from the office, so needless to say I was pretty upset that I had driven 45 minutes only to turn around and drive home. As a business owner myself, I understand that things come up and you may need to cancel. However, the way one handles such circumstances speaks to their level of professionalism (or lack thereof). Very disappointed and will not be seeing out any future visits.

Amazing experience with Carolin. Getting to see the baby put us at ease. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. Carolin is very professional and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to go back later on in the pregnancy. Definitely would recommend and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Such an amazing experience! I’m so glad we went. The owner / tech was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend to every mother. She was super affordable with her pricing as well. Her packages are reasonably priced, especially compared to others i looked up. The office was beautiful and clean, just a warm welcoming place. Worth every penny!
