I was short on time and really needed an outfit for a party that same evening. No one said hello when I entered the store even though there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer in the store. 35 minutes later, no one has asked if I need help but I have 9 items to try on and ask for a dressing room. The clerk said no, they only have 3 people working and can’t allow anyone to use the dressing room unless they have 4. What?? There’s only 2 customers in your store. I said, can you please count my items and let me try them on? She said no. I really need an outfit so I say, okay, I guess I’ll buy them and just return what I don’t like. That’s when she tells me there are no returns. I go to hand them to her and she said ‘You don’t want any of them’? Um, no, I don’t want to buy clothes that I can’t try on AND can’t return. It would have been really super customer service if you could have told me these things when I entered your store so I didn’t waste my time. Never again.

I love this place! Since it changed to an outlet rather than a regular Loft location, there is so much more to choose from. The selection is bigger and more varied now. The prices are great especially when you find something on sale.
