Staff was friendly and offered me a dressing room while I shopped. She hung my clothes up and thought that was nice of her. And then I had another lady offer to hang my clothes and I told her yes. While I went to the fitting room, I noticed I was missing the rest of my clothes. I looked around and couldn’t find them, I thought maybe an associate put them back. Come to find out someone purchased them. I was very disappointed because the associates did not look over my clothes in the fitting room. I appreciate the helpfulness of offering, but maybe a pair of eyes in the fitting room would’ve helped. Also felt the associate was rude and didn’t ask me for my # number for my rewards but she asked the lady before me. Definitely did not receive the same level of customer service which was very disappointing.

Horrible horrible customer service. Don’t go to this store if you are of a minority group.By looking at all the reviews, which the store managers don’t seem to care about, unless your name is Rachel, you will be treated like you don’t matter. I wish I could give 0 stars.
