If you ask for NO RICE in the bowl they will charge you a dollar for extra vegetables without telling you. I didn’t ask for extra vegetables just no rice. Sounds easy right? But I have to explain it each time and it seems like they have a hard time understanding. Just don’t put rice and regular amount of vegetables. Why is that so hard and they will give you an attitude when you tell them and ask for a refund. Why will you charge me extra without telling me when I just want no rice?! Frustrating!
