Buyer beware. We had a terrible experience with Lumber Liquidators in San Leandro. At first, they never shipped our order and when I called to see why they pointed fingers at other employees and said it wasn’t their fault. They never scheduled the shipment. I complained bc my contractor came to install and the boards never arrived. Then they gave me a slight discount to make it right. I had a feeling I should have just cancelled the order. THIS IS THE WORST PART. Then the boards arrived, my contractor started to install, and half way through finishing the house, he found half of the boards were an inch shorter!!! We installed all the base boards and they weren’t the same height!!!! TERRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL. Long story short, they took the boards back, refunded my money, but refused to compensate me for the wasted day of labor I paid my contractor. WILL NEVER BUY FROM LL AGAIN. TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE
