I would also give 0 stars if I could.As soon as I walked in, I did not feel welcome at all. There was one worker helping one person and the manager was also finishing up another customer. My husband was waiting at the register while she finished and she decided to turn around and completely ignore him to help her other worker who was already helping another customer. I told my husband for us to just go because obviously she had a problem. When I said that she bursted and started telling me things. I just told her she could have at least told us she would be right with us but instead she chose to ignore us as if we weren’t even there. She is a so called manager but has no sense of customer service.Very rude and they need a new manager.

So in January 2021 I replace the pump had Leslie’s install it this is the Leslie’s on Transmountain April it went bad it took them three weeks to get a contractor out to fix it in the meantime my pool and spa just got blacker and Blacker I would not shop there again for anything

If there was a option to give no stars I would. They left me on hold for 17 minutes and never came back to the phone. I called again and someone hung up on me. I called a third time and no one answered the phone. We ordered a pump 17 days ago and no one will tell us where our pump is. This is really poor service and my pool is already forming fungi. I just want what I paid for.
