Didn’t have 3 of the 4 SPA parts I required but that’s the norm when you have an older model Spa. Specialty stores to me should be cheaper since that’s all they carry and like anything else, when you buy in bulk ,the price is supposed to go down…. Everything I was interested in was 2-3 bucks higher than other stores. But, when U need it today…. Your gonna PAY!!ILL HAVE TO GO BACK SOMETIME…

Now that I have come to this location on staples, what a difference! The airline location has consistent problems and I have seen a couple of the guys, not wearing masks!! They seem like they had to be bothered with questions and I end up buying more and more product and mypool remains the same. I have up on them and went to the staples location, they tested my water and fixed my pool issue. Never going back to Leslie’s on airline.

Had to drive to this location which is further from my house. The location on Airline consistently has problems. One day cash only credit card machine not working. Next time have to take photo of their monitor to get copy of water test because printer is down. Today water testing system down. We will start driving to Staples location because the Airline location is broken.
