Awful experience! Got a flat after we left Alturas on our way to Reno we called them to see if they would open and give us a rim and tire they said yes we drove on our way there half an hour out of our way on a donut to come to find out that they don’t have rims at all and they don’t have 19 inch tires in stock and didn’t tell us till we got to Susanville. Traveling with a toddler as well. Also, drove all the way to susanville and when we called to tell them we were close like they asked, told us they would not open there doors today. Could have been 20 miles closer to Reno… Thanks.

Still have not had any service for an oil change. I really miss Glen the main mechanic who did an outstanding job every single day! So sorry that he’s gone!

Lassen Tires is a great business. That’s the only place I go for tires, etc. They’re always very nice and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I had my set of snow tires put on my car today. They were very quick and efficient and the price was about half of what the other tire places have charged me.
