Really negative customer service experience- thought maybe it was a one off, someone was having a bad day or something, but after reading reviews seems it’s just the norm. Really condescending and rude. Couldn’t even finish my sentences. Two stars because the cat was so nice and friendly. Hope the flowers are at least nice!
