There’s not much worse than calling to check if your prescription is ready, being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on.Then to arrive at the store and have them tell you it will be ready in 30 minutes. Dude- this was called in last Thursday.When I told him that I didn’t appreciate being hung up on I got a robot like, “you have my apologies” didn’t even make eye contact.I get it- we are all going through tough times but do your job and show a little compassion to loyal customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Deserves ZERO stars. Every time I need to purchase OTC medicine (which is vital to my everyday life) their “system is down”. This has happened three various times. Last straw. Will NEVER come back to this Kroger Pharmacy. Kroger Corporate should look into this shady location.

I have been going to this wonderful pharmacy for a very long time. The pharmacists and techs are friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, very hard-working and go out of their way to help me. I do not go anywhere else because I trust them and believe that they care about me as I do about them. I cannot imagine how much they deal with daily on a normal basis and yet during this time of crisis, they remain calm and steadfast. Thank you to all of you and my prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
