I recently witnessed a manager loudly berate an employee. Tactless and unnecessary in my opinion. Constructive criticism might have been warrented, but you do it calmly and don’t make a public spectacle out of it. I actually felt empathy for the employee, as I would have been embarrassed had it happened to me.
