Corporate mask policy needs to be revisited. Time to get rid of masks. Staff were very nice in telling customers they must wear a mask. It caused issues with folks returning Amazon products who just wanted to drop a return off.

Ordered a ring online for my son’s girlfriend for Valentine’s to be picked up in store so that I could use online discounts. They didn’t have the size I ordered so my order was cancelled about the same time I made it to the store. However the associates informed me they did have it in another size so I replaced my order while in the store. To my surprise the whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Store was clean and neat but limited in product selection. Also many of the sale signs were incorrectly placed. I was not the only one who pointed this out to an associate. Yes I can read the electronic sign but the item should be placed over the sale item not over another row of items. For example there was a row of denim shorts. The sign immediately above them read $9.99. However if you read the sign it was for the tank tops that were to the right of the shorts.
