We ordered bed set and it’s been delayed for 2 weeks delivery.

Went to Ashley’s to get a dining set and we were in love with the table we both. From sales to delivery and putting it together they excelled.However when we went back for dressers and chest drawers it was not the same experience. The sale was great. They priced match their online pricing and we save over 700 dollars for our dressers. The delivery was not so great. We paid for premium delivery to have our dressers built. The worker (Carlos A. Jimenez) from Ashley’s just dropped it off and said it wasn’t part of the delivery and just dropped it off and left. I called customer service and they confirmed that I did pay for the set up and delivery and they will reach out to have someone come and build it. My first call was 4/12/2021. It is now 4/24/2021 and no response from the warehouse who is suppose to contact me to set up another date. I will call customer service again Monday to see if this issue will get resolved. We paid for a service that we did not receive. Also it is trouble some have all my daughters clothes in bin while we wait for our dressers to be put up.Overall the sales are amazing just the delivery but the set up is making me reconsider where we will be getting our daughters beds.

I bought my living room and dining set here. And for the most part they were good, but then I came back to buy a bedroom set and was over charged. I had gift cards and a coupon and they said it can’t be combined. After looking around he said he would use my gift cards if a did end up buying something. In the end I was charged $300 more and no mattress was included. After paying $3500 And going home I looked at my receipt and seen that they had changed the price on the set that was supposed to be $4899 to $5199. The manager got me to push the button on buying this set by saying he would give me 50% off but 50% of $4899 is not $3400. I went back for a refund but as you know they work on commission. The manager ended up making it right and now I’m satisfied. Thank you Anthony. 🙂 …. edited 11-27-18 I would NEVER go to Ashley again. I am still waiting to have my headboard replaced. After having the dresser replaced 3 times. First the paint was messed up then the technician screwed it up more. Then it was cracked on 2 separate deliveries. I’ve had to change my work schedule many times just to be available and they call u the day of to tell u they changed it to earlier and won’t be able to honor the time that was originally scheduled. They don’t care. CHECK ALL FURNITURE CLOSELY WHEN THEY DELIVER. my headboard was cracked and they still tried to sneak it past me. BEWARE!!!!!

I appreciate having a midrange quality furniture store in our area. You pay for the quality, but it is nice to have furniture made with integrity. I also appreciate recognizing not all customers are awash in cash so the sales staff isn’t snobbish. I didn’t appreciate the 50% off signs that didn’t apply to the price tags but were 50% of the regular price which they had in their computer. I wish they had honest pricing, not honest pricing with their fingers crossed.
