We enjoyed visiting the showroom in person to see fixtures, but we have not been happy with service. We ordered faucet on 2/6 and it has not been delivered to the store yet for pickup. We ordered other products online from the company and they were delivered to our home with a 25% discount and shipped for free within a week. We were told the faucet was delivered to the warehouse last week and we could go pick up, but that is so inconvenient. We asked to have it brought to the store on Friday 3/5 since that is close to husband’s work, as of 3/12 it was not there yet. Hope this is resolved soon.
