KKMI 100%We were so impressed with KKMI…their professionalism, communication skills, accommodations and repairs were top notch. We had our 45’ Chris Craft Commander planned for a haul out in early October. When we arrived at their dock, they got us up and into their yard in no time. Our service advisor, Tim was spot on, clear and to the point. He explained why and how things were done and what could happen over time if not done correctly. The KKMI yard crew, Jessie and Brian, were very friendly and noticeably experienced while maneuvering our craft, which made us feel safe and comfortable during the process. Kate, our contract manager, was so helpful and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Our boat is our home so we have higher expectations and higher concerns…KKMI is a well oiled machine from top to bottom. Thank you again for such awesome work!!
