I don’t mind being told “no”or “we don’t have” however someone’s needs to teach these women how to effectively communicate! In calling today she could not find a shoe because she had no sku and that’s fine but then she hung up in my face and no one answered after I called back twice. It’s apparent that customers service is loss in all footlockers or affiliated stores as well as the training because when not busy in this particular store they standing around talking no hello when you walk in or nothing no cleaning, organizing nothing. These employees don’t need sales apparently and will loose customers because of attitudes and negative customer serviceLesson ;not having a shoe in stock does not equate to bad attitude or the refusal to transfer to a manager or area manager or even answer the phone.Don’t Shop there they don’t wanna work FOX HILLS KIDS. FOOTLOCKER all attitude 0 respect!

I’ve taken tennis lessons before but wasn’t confident in my strokes. After my first lesson with Coach, I learned more about the stroke technique than all my previous lessons!! He knows how to correct your mistakes and how to make you a better tennis player. Highly recommend him!! As an added bonus, he makes tennis super fun!
