Had a fantastic time renting out jet skis! The crew was very informative when signing up. Hit a few bumps in the process but Robyn and Lance were quick to take care of things. Great customer service! We will be back!!

As a summer vacationer for over 20+ years in the Finger Lakes region, I make it my point and promise and good will to ALWAYS support the small businesses in the Finger Lakes. I recently purchased a jet ski and was recommended to this establishment for repair. When I called, I was greeted promptly and professionally, with a promise from the employee that the management would call me back. For what I’m about to say, I realize the year 2020 is rough for everyone and we as citizens are all stressed out, but I was raised to treat people with respect and at least be kind. The management, did stay by their word and called me back, however, when I asked and inquired on the phone about repairing my jet ski, the management proceeded to be short with me and reply to me on how repairs are not a priority and as a potential customer, I was not a priority and the management didn’t have time to “deal with me.” Now, I understand people have bad days at work and it happens, however the tone and how it was worded really left a sour taste in my mouth, and I know many other marinas and repair services on Keuka Lake that we’ve worked with for our boat-would NEVER talk like this to us. I was extremely disappointed and saddened by this, as again, I want to support small businesses with or without a global pandemic. I give them good credit for a fantastic location on the lake for rentals and I’ve seen their inventory of watercraft-and without a doubt, the inventory is beautiful and the latest on the market, but when it comes to repairs, just go elsewhere and save yourself the time if you’re looking for jet ski repairs. I’m sorry I have to write this review, but kindness and professionalism goes a very long way for my family and I.
