I stopped shopping Kendra for over a year, just because the last time I walked in this store I felt hugely humiliated, discriminated and uncomfortable. The staff in this particular store isn’t very nice to others whom, apparently, don’t look like them. Anyways… I decided to buy a couple of earrings yesterday and pick up curbside. After receiving my order, I checked my bag and it had the wrong item. I called them and they made me get off, when I had a curbside order, to switch for the right item, when it wasn’t my mistake. I do believe in customer service, especially when they weren’t even busy and could’ve brought my correct item to my car. Which could’ve taken less than 2min. I’ve never had a great experience here. Watterscreek in Allen and West Village are my go to stores….but still only curbside and online ordering, still feel weird go in when I don’t put make up on.

We drove 30min after checking to make sure they were open, get here and they have posted separate holiday hours on their window.. Change your google maps hours!

What an incredible retail experience!! The young ladies were Professional, Personable and Polite. I’m prone to alliteration.
